Return & Exchange

RA (Return Authorization) Numbers:

1) All returns and exchanges require an RA number issued by MillionBuy.Com.*
To request an RA number, please fill out our Return Form.
2) All RA numbers must be requested by the end of 30 days from the shipment receipt date.
3) Returns must be received at MillionBuy.Com within 14 days from RA issue date.

* A 15% processing fee will be charged for returns received without an RA number
* We require a receipt from your professional installer, before we issue an RMA # for speakers/woofers/tweeters and other items as stated on our item page.


Returns and exchanges that are UNOPENED:

We will refund or exchange any unopened item in its original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)


Returns and exchanges that are OPENED:


1) Returns that are opened must be in "like new" condition. *
2) Returns must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and parts.**
3) We will refund or exchange items in its original condition. (Minus the shipping cost)*

*A restocking fee for opened items may be applied.

**Returns received without all necessary parts and manuals will be charged a restocking fee.


Items with manufacturer's defects:

Within 30 days of shipment receipt date:
We will pay the return shipping and promptly ship you a replacement for any manufacturer defects. *

*APO, FPO and international addresses do not qualify for this service

After 30 days of shipment receipt date:
Products under manufacturer's warranty may be shipped back to the manufacturer or MillionBuy.Com for repair.
